Or just eat your heart – period – with this nifty jelly mould that I spotted yesterday at Livingstone & Cavell in Calgary. Fun!

Love lurks even in the shadows…
A Heart-shaped World Takes Shape…
It was May 17, 2012. I was three days into a gruelling hike through the eastern Grand Canyon, and I was really beginning to miss my loved ones.
I was suffering physically – battered toes, puffy blisters, stiff legs and a 50-pound pack that seemed especially heavy in the 40 degree heat – but my heart was full of gratitude and appreciation. And that's when it happened.
I started seeing hearts.
Hearts everywhere. In rockfall and cacti. In wispy clouds and deep canyon shadows.
Just when I needed it – and opened my mind and my eyes to its presence – I found love all around me.
